Yang Zhi Ganlu is a Hong Kong dessert. In 1984, it was pioneered by Hong Kong Li Yuan Restaurant in Aibo, Xinjiang. Ingredients include grapefruit and mango, coconut juice, fresh cream (or light milk) and sugar. Remove the grapefruit and knead it, cut the mango into cubes, and mix with the rice dumplings, coconut juice and sugar water. Use after freezing. Some dessert shops add mixed fruits or bird's nest to them.

First melt the water and sugar together for later use.

Put the sago into boiling water and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Cook until translucent, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Place the sago on a sieve and pass it through cold water, and rinse it clean with cold water. Drain the water and set aside.

Put the sago into a container and add the coconut milk.

Add whole milk.

Stir well together and refrigerate in the refrigerator for later use.

Stir 2 mangoes into meat, add sugar water and stir together to form a puree.

Cut another mango into diced pieces of about 1CM.

Take the grapefruit meat and set aside.

1. Refrigerate the sago soup and mango juice beforehand to enhance the fresh and smooth texture.
2. When cutting the mango, first divide it into three segments. Then make cross-hatch cuts on the flesh without cutting through the skin. Invert the flesh and scoop it out along the skin.
3. Stir with a small spoon while boiling the sago to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
