How to make lactone tofu at home? In fact, it's easy. As long as you can make tofu pudding, you can make your own tofu. Since I am on annual leave and have a lot of free time, I am also on a whim today, so I will demonstrate the whole process from making tofu to making vegetables. 1. The quantity of beans can be controlled according to your needs; water and lactone powder can be added in proportion to the changes.
2. When pressing the tofu, a perforated mold is best; if not available, simply follow the method described above.
3. For the weight, a fresh-keeping box or a clean wooden board with a chopping block on top can be used. Generally, for making about 1 jin of tofu, press with a weight of over 5 jin; the weight should not be too light.
