Steps for Cumin chicken fillet

    Shred onions and red bell peppers and set aside. Cut the chicken breast into strips.

    Mix the chopped chicken strips, add onions, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and starch, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Sift appropriate amount of bread crumbs into the marinated chicken.
