Steps for stir-fried shredded pork with beef tendons and beans

1
Fresh long beans 2kg
2
Pinch off both ends, soak the whole strip in water and clean it
3
Boil a large pot of water, bring to a boil, add in the long beans, and blanch for 3-5 minutes until the color turns dark green. Then pick up. Don't cook too long, otherwise the beans will not be crisp and affect the taste.
4
Tie the long beans that have been soaked into water into knots and hang them on a clothes rack, and place them in the sun to dry for 1-2 hours. The knots are to prevent them from being blown away by the wind. At the same time, pay attention to not being too long. Adjust the time according to the intensity of sunshine., go out and have a look on average after 30 minutes. You can only get it semi-dry. You can not be too wet or too dry.
5
Generally, you can get the sun to the extent shown in the picture
