Steps for stir-fried kohlrabi with edamame rice

1
250 grams of edamame rice, washed, simmered in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until cooked, then removed for later use
2
Cut the red peppers into small pieces, cut the kohlrabi into small pieces, knead and wash them repeatedly in warm water, then soak in clear water for 5-10 minutes, and remove for later use. Cut the lean pork into small pieces, add a small amount of salt, cornstarch, soy sauce, and water. Mix well
3
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat it to 80% heat, add in the diced pork and chop it until done, then take out the meat for later use
4
Re-heat the oil of the stir-fried meat, add in diced red pepper and stir-fry for a while
5
Then add in the edamame rice, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and stir fry well
6
Stir fry until the edamame rice is delicious, add diced kohlrabi and continue to stir. You can simmer with a small amount of water for 1-2 minutes to allow the edamame to fully absorb the flavor of the pickles
7
Finally, add the diced pork, add a small amount of chicken essence and pepper powder, stir fry well, and serve on the pan
