    Wash the ribs and soak them in water to remove the blood. Peel the garlic, beat it into pieces, set aside.

    Drain the soaked pork ribs, marinate for half an hour, and then add starch.

    Start frying ribs. Take an oil pan, turn on low heat, and pour in appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, add in the ribs, fry slowly over low heat for 3-4 minutes, and then remove.
