Steps for Ribs with garlic and tomato sauce

1
Wash the ribs and soak them in water to remove the blood. Peel the garlic, beat it into pieces, set aside.
2
Drain the soaked pork ribs, marinate for half an hour, and then add starch.
3
Start frying ribs. Take an oil pan, turn on low heat, and pour in appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, add in the ribs, fry slowly over low heat for 3-4 minutes, and then remove.
4
Continue to heat the oil, add the ribs twice, the oil will stir, remove when the surface of the ribs is a little browned, and drain the oil.
5
Take another pot, pour a little oil, add garlic cloves, soy sauce, and sugar, add water to boil. Add the ribs and stir fry until the soup is dry.
6
Use green vegetables (lettuce is better. Dry the water to avoid affecting the taste of the ribs.) Spread it underneath and plate the ribs.
