Steps for Cold purple potato flour

Soak appropriate amount of purple potato flour in cold water for about 30 minutes.

Place water in the pan, bring to a boil, add the purple potato flour into the pan and cook until it is done. Remove and use cold water without hard core.

Shred cucumber and carrot, dice chives, and mix the sauce. Sauce: salt, chicken essence, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, white sesame and sesame oil, mix well.
