Yesterday, she specially prepared about 10 kilograms of grapes.(I kept a few strings to eat) She chose large grapes and dark grapes. The color of the wine would be the best. 10 kilograms of grapes and 3 kilograms of white sugar is quite simple.

The grapes should be cut one by one, not cut, so that pesticides will not penetrate into the grapes during soaking and washing (the grapes I prepared are all wrapped in paper bags, so they will not be sprayed when spraying) The grapes will grow very strong, and I will just pick some that are difficult to cut.

Cleaning is the most important thing. I use flour and fruit and vegetable detergent to clean it.

After cleaning, I put it in a rice washing basket to drain the water. There was still some water left on the grapes. I spread it on the floor with a paper towel, and then blow it on the grapes with a small fan. This way, the grapes would easily dry without the need to dry them one by one.

I use a glass wine jar, which needs to be washed and dried in advance, and no water can be left; first pour a layer of white sugar on the bottom, then put on disposable gloves, crush the grapes one by one and place them in the bottle. When the grapes are spread four centimeters thick, lay a layer of white sugar, then put the grapes and white sugar on the top, and then seal them.

Leave it in a cool place to ferment for about 20 days and you can drink it. The bottle is a little bigger.
