Stewed chicken with tea tree mushroom
I prefer to eat fresh tea tree mushrooms. I personally think that the fresh ones are better than the dried tea tree mushrooms stewed. Fresh tea tree mushrooms are very crunchy and not like dry ones. They are difficult to chew because the tea tree mushrooms themselves have umami flavor, so I didn't prepare the ingredient of chicken essence.
