Place the vegetable whipped cream in a bowl and beat with an egg beater until firm and frothy. If there was no such machine that could be used with a hand-held or a manual eggbeater, the effect would be similar, but it would just tire you out.

This is hard foaming, and it is better to have sharp corners when lifted upside down.

After taking out the beaten vegetable whipped cream, you can make the light cream. I chose Nestle brand. The method of beating is the same as that of beating whipped cream. You have to beat it slowly and then quickly in one direction, and you cannot reverse the direction!! This is very heavy.

The effect of whipped cream is not like whipped cream. It will not stand up. The effect it produces is thicker silk. When you lift the eggbeater, the light cream will flow down like a thread, so it will not break. But don't hit it too much, and grains will appear. That's called oil-water separation. Then it will be damaged and cannot be used anymore.

Next, pour the vegetable whipped cream that was just beaten into the light cream and slowly stir well. It is better to have no variegated colors. Because whipped cream is whiter and light cream is yellowed, it will make a difference when mixed together.

You can first cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and heat it over water until melted. The temperature of the water should not be too hot, and the melting tool should be stainless steel because it conducts heat quickly and cannot touch water when melting chocolate.

Put the milk in the microwave and heat it for about 5 seconds. When the temperature is between 40-50 degrees, you can pour it into the melted chocolate. Pour the milk and stir until it is all mixed.
