Steps for Steamed tilapia

Slice the green onions and shred the ginger.

After tilapia has its intestines, belly, gills and washed, gently draw a cross knife on both sides of it, marinate it with salt, cooking wine, and shredded ginger to taste.

Put the marinated tilapia into the pan, steam over high heat for about 10 minutes, and drizzle with soy sauce after taking out of the pan.
