Steps for Two-color knife cutting

1
Steam pumpkin and purple sweet potatoes over water, peel them, and crush them, preferably crushed for later use.2
Place flour in 3 containers in a ratio of 1:1:1:3.
3
Pour the pumpkin purple potatoes and 3 packets of coffee into one portion of flour.
4
Pour in the milk and mix the flour into 1 part of pumpkin dough, 1 part of purple potato dough, 1 part of coffee dough and 3 parts of white flour dough. Notes: Pumpkins have more water, but less milk; purple potatoes have less water, but more milk; Coffee is very fragrant, and the taste on your hands is strong and it's best to mix it; there is a lot of white flour, so be patient when you mix it!!!

There are different opinions on making dough. As long as the dough is kept warm and moist, you can do whatever you want. Let me explain my method is to place the dough container directly in a pot, add some water, heat it up at about 60 degrees, and then let it sit for 1 hour.
6
After 1 hour, when the dough is ready, you can roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin. Roll the white dough in 3 portions. Make sure it's hot or it's easy to shrink when it's cold.
7
Fold the dough and roll it, preferably roll the colored one on the outside. Roll it into three rolls, yellow, purple and coffee ~~~ Oh, it's so beautiful and finally cut it into sections with a knife. Here, you can note that if the dough is too dry, the cut knife will easily loosen, so you can apply appropriate water to bond it when rolling.

The last step is to put it on the pan through water and steam it for 15 minutes ~ haha, complete.
