Peanut milk roll
I made peanut pulp a few days ago, but there were still some peanut pulp and residue left, so I thought of using this to make this peanut milk roll

Steps for Peanut milk roll

1
Add peanut slurry to the flour and mix it into a paste. Because sugar is added to the peanut slurry, no sugar is added here.
2
This is a mixed paste ~~ Personally, I think it's too thin and it's not easy to fry ~~ Of course, it's too thick and won't disperse in the pan.
3
I forgot to take a picture of this step ~~ Just add butter to the pan and scoop the paste into the pan and fry it into a cake ~ Add the peanut residue that was just filtered out on one side of the cake ~~ Roll it up!! It's a little soft. It's not very good to use a spatula. I suggest you use your hands ~~ Just be careful to burn it (the picture is the second roll I fried, and this roll is better than the first roll!)

This one has passed P ~~ The first volume broke because I had no experience in rolling too much peanut residue ~~ So I just wiped the residue on it, but later I thought it was too ugly, so I didn't wipe it ~~ Everyone forgive me.
