Colorful Jelly
When I first saw Broken Glass Jello Wow!! His eyes immediately lit up! I was tempted by the brilliant and clear colors, and I want to do it again!!! The jelly was made, and every piece I cut was a beautiful picture. I appreciated it over and over again, and was moved by it over and over again. I lamented that this simple jelly could also bring such a beautiful imagination to people. I can also make delicious food into art.

Steps for Colorful Jelly

1
3 3-ounce boxes of Jell-o or other brands, in different colors. I chose orange (orange), lime (green) and blueberry (blue). You can also choose other colors or add colors. 2 packets of odorless jelly powder (thatKnoxstuff) and 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
2
Follow the instructions on the jelly powder packaging and make each flavor separately. First pour the jelly powder into a cup of boiling water (Figure 2), and then stir constantly to make the powder completely dissolve in the water, which takes about 2 minutes.
3
Then add a cup of cold water.
4
Then pour into the prepared container, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until completely solidified. It usually takes more than 4 hours or overnight. I waited about six hours.
5
Made in three colors.
6
Remove the solidified jelly from the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces (Figure 6), then carefully pour the three color jelly pieces into a 9*13-inch/22*33-cm baking sheet.
7
In a separate container, pour two packets of odorless jelly powder into 1/2 cup cold water.
8
Add 1 and 1/2 cups of boiling water and stir until it completely dissolves, then add a can of sweet condensed milk and stir well.
9
Then wait until it cools, pour into the mixed jelly pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator to chill overnight. Take it out when eating and cut it into pieces or into your favorite shape.Colorful Jelly Make Tips
Lucy's Tips:
1. Friends in China might use jelly powder with different names; anything that makes jelly works. You can choose other colors or add more, but having too many can look a bit messy.
2. Be sure to buy sweetened condensed milk; adding it makes the flavor just right—not too sweet.
3. To make it look even prettier, you can also cut it into other shapes.
4. A trick for cutting jelly: If you are worried about ruining the shape while cutting, or if it is hard to remove the pieces after cutting, you can dip the knife and spatula in hot water. Soak the bottom of the baking pan in hot water for a few seconds, then take it out. Using the heated knife and spatula makes cutting and scooping very easy, and the pieces will come out intact.
