Steamed eggs in tender water
By TomasaBednar
I have liked steaming eggs with water since I was a child. In the past, my mother didn't pay much attention to the method when cooking them. There were honeycomb holes and they were relatively old, but I didn't think there was anything wrong with this. Until I made it myself now, I realized that steamed eggs can be so tender and smooth and cute as jelly. I am so happy: )
