Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir with chopsticks or something else. Note: Keep chopsticks upright and stir against the bottom of the bowl. Do not stir the egg liquid to foam. This is a key rule.

After whisking evenly, pour in the milk. There will be some foam. Slowly stir well to eliminate the foam, as shown in the picture, turning into a light yellow liquid.

Cover the bowl and cover it, add water to the rice cooker. It is best to put the bowl directly into the rice cooker before covering the bowl. This is the only pot in my house that can be released. If the lid is not tight, it is best to put a heavy object and press it to prevent the lid from loosening and entering water vapor when the water boils, and it will also lose nutrients. This is the reason for heating through water.
