Crispy dough twists
By KobeShanahan
I originally wanted to make it into crispy little dough twists, but the dough might soften and eventually turn into crispy ones. But it's also quite delicious. The most interesting thing is when kneading the little dough twists, and the most amazing thing is when frying the little dough twists. The original small dough twists have become two or three times larger after being fried!

Steps for Crispy dough twists

1
Add the right amount of white sugar to the flour! I like to add more sweet things. If there is sugar, it would be better. Unfortunately, I don't have any white sugar at home, and then mix the flour and white sugar.
2
Add two eggs and appropriate cooking oil to the mixed flour.
3
Knead into dough, then place on a plate until smooth.
4
Cut into small doses one by one.
5
Take a portion of the dough, rub it into a long strip, then fold it in half and twist it again, and pinch the joints tightly to prevent it from opening during frying.
6
The picture is twisted in half.
7
Fold it in half and twist it with the same force as you did in the previous step and it will become a twist.
8
Boil the oil to 80% heat and fry it in the pan.
9
I fried it again to make it crispy, but it turned into soft twist.
10
Forget it! It's good as long as it's delicious anyway! Make yourself at home and eat.
