I have been coughing for the past two days, so I plucked some grass coral at my aunt's house and came back to make tea. I suddenly had the idea of making some grass coral tea jelly to eat.

Steps for Caoshanhu herbal tea jelly

Wash the fresh grass coral and cut it into small pieces about 10cm.

Add water and cook the chopped grass coral for about 10 minutes.

Boil grass coral, filter the residue, then add jelly powder and stir, boil, cool and freeze.

This is the finished product.

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for better taste.
