Steps for seaweed and meat crisp

Cut the meat into slices and dry it with boiling water (you can also add onions, ginger or garlic to the water to taste it; you don't need to cut the meat too small, because you need to use a blender to grind it).

Cool it a little and put it in the cooking machine and stir it up. I use a meat grinder to grind until there is no whole piece of meat.

Add oil to the pan, add meat paste, add salt, sugar and a little soy sauce, stir fry slowly, and wait until the moisture is not so much (see the steam to judge), turn off the heat. (You don't need to add too much oil at once, you can add it while frying. How much depends on your preference, and you should also be careful to stick to the pan; add some sugar to taste better, so you don't need to add MSG; you can add garlic juice or ginger juice, etc. according to your preference; soy sauce can enhance color and aroma).

Let cool for a while and fry again. Add shredded seaweed. It is crispy and has less moisture.
