By MandyMiller
I have always liked Oyster Pancake, and it is also very common here. Some are called oyster cakes, which are fried and are not this big. This is fried and very large. It is called oyster cake.

Steps for Delicious oyster fried

1
Wash the oysters.
2
Put a little salt in the oysters and easily wash off the black mucus.
3
It is easier to remove the small fragments inside by fishing with your hands. After washing it twice, you can use a drainage sieve to drain it.
4
Stir well chopped green onion, oysters, sweet potato flour, and eggs, add salt, chicken essence, and pepper. It can't be too thin or too thick. Just mix it with me like the one on the picture. (The sweet potato flour was bought in bulk. It is relatively pure. It will melt when it is wet without rubbing it with your hands. Remember to put some pepper in it, but it doesn't taste like pepper when you eat it. It's just a blending effect.)
5
Put oil in the pan and add the mixed oysters over 80 cents heat.
6
Spread it out, turn to medium heat, and fry it until done.
