mung bean paste
By SigmundWill
The Mid-Autumn Festival hasn't arrived yet, and everyone's mooncakes are on the scene, making people want to move. Every city has its own baking brand. There are no old-fashioned mooncakes such as Hollyland in Fujian. After all, baking things cannot go far unless a chain is opened. But with Tianfu, from Zhangzhou to Fuzhou to Putian, my favorite thing is still their tea mooncakes. I don't know what new tricks they have this year. Making your own tea mooncakes is not as good as buying them, so look forward to it! Do it yourself at home. If you have a little more insurance, everyone will like it.
