Steps for Blueberry roll

1
Place all ingredients except butter in a bowl and knead until the dough is elastic.
2
When slightly smooth, add butter and continue to stir until dough is smooth. Stretch with your hands and have a hand-through film.
3
Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm and moist place to wake for about 1 hour. The dough becomes twice as big as before.
4
Round dough, cover with a damp cloth, and relax for 15 minutes. Then roll out the dough into slices.
5
Spread evenly with blueberry sauce.
6
Slowly roll up from one end and cut into small pieces.
7
Place the cut pieces upright on a baking sheet and wake for 1 hour in a warm and moist place.
8
After awakening, brush the surface with whole egg liquid and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
