Steamed loofah with mashed garlic
I have always liked to eat loofah. Many people usually fry it more, but I prefer to steam it. It's an alternative way, but it tastes good. Many times when my friends come and say it's delicious and it's definitely difficult to make. In fact, the method is very simple!

Ingredients include: loofah, garlic, ginger, pepper, coriander, and green onion.

Scrape the loofah skin clean. (Remember to scrape rather than peel).

Cut the loofah into pieces and cut a cross with a knife in the middle to make it easy to taste.
  • Make step 3
    4
Spread minced garlic, minced ginger, and minced pepper evenly on top of each towel gourd.
  • Make step 4
    5
Set it up and steam for about ten minutes despite water.

The steamed loofah should be green. If the color is a little dark, it means that the steaming time has been too long, which affects the taste.

  • Make step 7

I found that I like this kind of water-like thing and don't like stir-fried things very much. The garlic flavor has just been integrated into the loofah, making it sweet and delicious.
