Fungus has many benefits to human health and can be eaten frequently. I used to soak black fungus to make cold salad, but the last time I went to the vegetable market, I saw that kind of water fungus. After buying it back for cold salad, I found that it tasted so good. Not only was it crisp, but it also had thick fungus meat.

Ingredients include: water fungus, ginger, garlic and coriander, chili, vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, starch, sesame oil.
