Steps for Stir fry with vegetables

Wash carrot, pepper and red pepper and cut into slices, cut green onions into sections, and slice ginger into slices for later use.

Slice lotus root and blanch in hot water. The blanch time should not be too long. You can add 2 drops of white vinegar during the blanching process.
