Steps for Pepper flavor snake

Killing live snakes, hahahaha, the first step is more fierce.

Remove the head of the live snake and bleed it, scalp it with boiling water, and then use a steel wire ball to scrape off the snake's scales and cut them into small pieces for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan, add ginger and aniseed, stir fry with the snake, add more oil.
