The top part of the Porkspareribs I bought was crispy bones, so I cut off the top part to make this, and the big bones on the bottom were left to make grilled ribs. Cut ribs with crispy bones, change them into smaller pieces with a knife (if you are afraid of trouble, buy small ribs directly) Put them in a basin and soak them in blood water.
