Prepare pure milk and yogurt (because New Hope is locally produced in Hangzhou, fresher and has no preservatives!! So I did not choose a big brand like Yili Guangming, but chose it). The container for milk needs to be blanched with hot water and disinfected in advance.2
Pour the pure milk into the disinfected container, add a little sugar, cover and place it in the microwave for about 1 minute!! You don't need to make it very hot, just let your hands decide to warm it slightly.3
The next step is to pour the yogurt into slightly heated pure milk and stir well.

The next thing is to keep warm and let it ferment!! Because I like to play with the computer, I can use the heat of the computer (you can also use an insulation bag or a rice cooker) to cover it with a towel to prevent it from dissipating heat, and leave it like this for 8-10 hours (try not to open it halfway).
