People who grow up in or near Guangfo area should also know this snack. It is very traditional. I will give you an aftertaste or introduce it to you here.

Recipe Recommendations

Steps for Fry thin

    Add clear water to stir the glutinous rice flour to form a glutinous rice flour paste. The thicker the paste, the better, and the batter the better. But don't turn into a glutinous rice flour ball. It's not impossible, but it's quite difficult to fry (this step is the key).

    Put more oil in the pan and heat it up. Pour the glutinous rice flour paste prepared in the first step into the pan, and use a shovel to carefully press the flour paste as flat as possible (you must put more oil in this step, otherwise it will stick to the pan.) When the flour cake is basically finalized, you have to flip it and fry it on the other side. I use high fire to fry it, so it will be ready quickly on both sides until it is crisp and crispy, and the surface is fried to a golden color.

    Put your favorite stuffing into the fried "thin cake", then slowly roll it up and cut it into pieces.(I didn't have stuffing at the time, and the most ready-made thing was only white sugar, so I used white sugar as a stuffing.) It's ready. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it has a great taste.
