Steps for Moo Shu Pork

Soak black fungus in clear water, and wash cucumber, carrot and other clear water.

Slice the tenderloin, add appropriate amount of starch and egg white, and grasp evenly with your hands.

Cut black fungus into small pieces, slice cucumber and carrot.
