Boiled sand white with cauliflower
By DougLittel
I usually use sand white shellfish to make soup, but the taste is still quite delicious. Add some wax gourd or loofah to make a simple and delicious soup. This time, I will cook the cauliflower and use the umami taste of sand white to see how the cooked cauliflower tastes. Although it doesn't taste as good as expected, it's okay and light.
