three cups of chicken
By EnidZiemann
Three-cup chicken is common in Taiwan and Guangdong. The unique feature of three-cup chicken is that it does not add soup water when cooking. It only needs soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil to simmer it together. When it is added to the nine-story pagoda, it will be even more delicious and the aroma will be fragrant.

Steps for three cups of chicken

1
Wash the chicken, remove the head, tail and feet, and chop into pieces.
2
Pick the leaves from the nine-story tower and wash them
3
Peel the garlic and slice the ginger for later use
4
Mix soy sauce, Huadiao wine and sugar well. Set aside.
5
Heat the pan, add 1/3 cup sesame oil, and saute the ginger slices and garlic grains until fragrant.
6
Add the chicken nuggets and stir-fry until color changes.
7
Pour in the seasonings and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook until the juice is thick.
8
Add the nine-storey pagoda and mix well before serving. (Restaurants usually dry the juice before serving it. I like to bring some juice. It's delicious to pour rice.)
