Braised duck with radish
The final picture of the finished product was not taken because half of the dish was eaten as soon as it was served. Looking at the remaining half, I decided not to take pictures after thinking about it.

    Marinate duck meat with cooking wine and ginger for 15 minutes.

    Add soy sauce and soybean paste, stir-fry until the radish and duck meat are colored, pour into water and simmer for about 15 minutes, add salt, simmer for another 5 minutes, and serve.
