The final picture of the finished product was not taken because half of the dish was eaten as soon as it was served. Looking at the remaining half, I decided not to take pictures after thinking about it.

Marinate duck meat with cooking wine and ginger for 15 minutes.

Heat the pan, add the oil, and when the oil is 70% hot, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.
