Steps for Hutazi

1
Wash and peel the zucchini, cut open, remove the seeds and wipe the silk. Chop up the shallots (the onions I use). If you eat ginger, you can also put some shredded ginger in it. I didn't eat it, so I didn't put it.2
Beat 2 eggs in, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, and sesame oil (if you have enough time, you can also fry some pepper oil to make the taste more fragrant), and stir well.3
Add 3 small bowls of flour after the zucchini comes out of the water (if you like the crispy taste, you can add some noodles), stir until the flour is completely dissolved and has no bumps and a relatively sticky paste.4
Pour the oil into the baking pan, heat it over low heat, scoop a spoonful of the mixed batter into the pan, and use a shovel to smooth it as much as possible, not too thick.5
Brown on low heat until both sides are golden yellow. Don't take too long, otherwise it will destroy the nutrients in the dishes. The baking time for each side is about 1 minute.Hutazi Make Tips
When eating, dip it in a garlic and vinegar sauce (made by crushing a head of garlic and mixing with vinegar and sesame oil), add a few drops of chili oil, and it tastes absolutely delicious.
