Steps for chilli shrimp

Wash the shrimps with clean water, and you can dispose of the feet of the shrimps more diligently, so that they will look more beautiful.2
Cut green onions and peppers into sections, shred ginger, and shred garlic.3
Remove from the pan and pour appropriate amount of oil. After the oil is hot, pour in the shrimp, stir-fry until the shrimp changes color, and serve out.4
Pour in a small amount of oil (if there is oil in the pan, you don't have to pour any more oil; if there is no oil, pour less), after the oil is hot, pour the onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant, add the slightly stir-fried shrimp into the pan and continue to stir-fry, add appropriate amount of rice wine, vinegar, sugar, salt, and chicken essence to stir-fry evenly. Cover and simmer for a few minutes.
