Marinated quail eggs

Marinated quail eggs
I wanted to make these stewed eggs for a long time, but I couldn't buy fresh quail eggs. There was an old lady downstairs in the company who would occasionally sell her eggs. After waiting for more than a month, I finally saw it when I got off work yesterday. It was great, so I bought a pound and carefully carried it back, for fear of being crushed on the bus.

If you want it to be more flavorful, you can also soak it in the braising liquid for a few hours before eating; impatient friends can also eat it directly. (I tasted a few while cooking to check if they were flavorful enough, and added a bit more salt if needed.)
