When I saw the recipe of tofu glutinous rice cakes online, I was very interested. I took time to try it on the weekend. The taste is not as soft and glutinous as the traditional glutinous rice cakes. However, it would be good to eat it in a different way. My husband likes it and ate six in one go. Xiao C also likes it. It is a strange puppy. It usually doesn't eat sticky things, but it loves to eat tofu glutinous rice cakes. Maybe it has its favorite shredded coconut and peanuts.
