Green beans and chicken gizzards
By JaylinHane
Opening a box of chicken gizzards, I found that the chicken gizzards were not too big and were not easy to cut flowers. I had to use the neat and large ones to cut flowers and dice the small ones. However, they were just as delicious as they were made.

Steps for Green beans and chicken gizzards

1
First cut the chicken gizzards into grains and marinate them with high-quality wine, white pepper noodles, salt, pepper powder, and a little corn powder.
2
Beans...
3
Pickled pepper...
4
First, stir fry the beans slightly, add appropriate amount of refined salt, stir-fry until seventy or eighty ripe, and serve for later use.
5
Start another pan, add oil and add ginger, garlic and onions. You can also fry the pickled peppers together, but this will be very spicy.
6
After frying until fragrant, add chicken gizzards and pickled spicy grains, stir fry well until done.
7
Pour in the stir-fried beans, stir a few times, pour a little wine (it is recommended to use a high degree of wine, which will be more fragrant and eliminate the fishy smell) and sesame oil, and stir up the pan evenly.
