sweet and sour pork ribs
By AbnerHegmann
I don't like to eat sweet and sour pork ribs that have waxy flour on the outside, so I cooked my own fried sweet and sour pork ribs. The taste is really good!

Steps for sweet and sour pork ribs

1
Cut a few slices of ginger first, wash the ribs and put them in when they come out of the water to remove the fishy smell.
2
Rinse the spareribs, add cooking wine and oyster sauce, mix well and let stand for half an hour. Salt or soy sauce is fine without oyster sauce. The purpose of marinating is to make the meat salty.
3
Pour the oil at one-third of the height of the ribs into the pan, add the ribs and stir slowly over medium heat. At the beginning, stir-fry a little thoroughly before turning over, otherwise the ribs will be easily crushed.
4
Stir the pork ribs until slightly yellow, turn the heat to low, then slowly turn over and stir-fry, and break the rock sugar into small grains.
5
Add rock sugar and continue to stir-fry.
6
After all the sugar is melted, pour in about two spoonfuls of vinegar (add according to your taste), stir fry twice, sprinkle with a handful of shredded green onions, and then cover the lid and simmer.
7
When the aroma overflows, open the lid and continue to stir until all the oil left on the bottom of the pot is oil and you can start the pot.
