Open the back and wash the shrimps, pat gently, and place them on the plate. Mince ginger, garlic, and green onions, mix with a little vegetable oil, saute half with oil until fragrant, add soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence and water to boil, set aside.

Place the other half on the back of the shrimp.

Boil water in the pan, place the prepared shrimps on the cage and steam for 2-3 minutes.

Pour on the prepared seasoning when serving.
