Leopard cake roll

Leopard cake roll
I finished it last weekend and was already photographed while eating steak ~

to record the process.

This is a very simple cake roll, except that the cake is a little yellow, otherwise it should have cow tattoos.

Now the tragedy has become leopard print... hey

I don't like cake rolls filled directly with cream

So I still used cheese filling

Heat the middle layer of the cake blank to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes

  • Leopard cake roll Make Tips

TIPS1 It is perfectly fine not to make the pattern. 2 The kumquat jam is optional, but I recommend trying it; it's a simple step that makes a big difference. 3 For the pattern, black cocoa powder is better if you have it; if not, adding a little baking soda will make the color darker after baking. 4 Be careful not to overbake the cake base; it is ready when the color turns pale yellow. 5 Since a pattern is made, the baking pan must be treated for non-stick (greased), as the pattern will be quite sticky. 6 Following this process saves quite a bit of time.
