Steps for Beijing-style pickled melon shrimp

Ingredients: fresh shrimp, two cucumbers, and one cucumber. Seasoning: salt, white sugar, sesame oil, water starch, shredded ginger, and edible oil.

Dice the pickled melons and soak in light salt water for 15 minutes; wash the cucumbers and dice.

Wash the fresh shrimp, remove the head, shell, shrimp string, and dice.

Cut the cucumber into sections and change the knife. Use a spoon to dig a hole in the middle to make a small container for the pickled melon shrimp.
