Steps for Pan-fried ribs

Wash the ribs and soak them in clean water for 3-4 hours, changing the water several times in between until the water becomes clear

Soaked pork ribs in dry water, add salt, pepper, and ginger, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours

Heat the oil in the pan, add the ribs and start frying. Don't turn too often at first, wait until the bottom is a little burnt before turning over

After frying for five minutes, add soy sauce and continue frying, maintaining medium to medium heat, 20 minutes will be fine.
