Marinated quail eggs
By TheaKrajcik
The egg in my picture was only soaked for more than 2 hours. After tasting it, I felt that the taste was just as salty. The one I eat at home is relatively light.

Steps for Marinated quail eggs

1
Put the quail eggs in clear water, gently brush them with a small brush, wash them and drain them.
2
Wash the fragrant leaves and other clean water you need.
3
Put appropriate amount of water in the pan and add fragrant leaves, cinnamon and other spices.
4
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt, bring to a boil over high heat, and turn to low heat for 15 minutes.
5
Put the washed quail eggs in the pan, add appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
6
Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
7
Put the cooked quail eggs in cold water, take a steel spoon, and gently break the quail egg shell one by one.
8
Put the cracked quail eggs into the boiled brine and soak them for about 2-4 hours. In this way, the eggs will have less nutritional loss.
