Chili fried shrimp

Once I went to a restaurant with my leader. I ordered steak and the leader ordered fried shrimp. We shared with each other. My steak was indeed good, but I didn't expect that the ordinary and inconspicuous fried shrimp was very delicious. A special pickled pepper ring, mixed with fried shrimp, is very special. I have to try it when I come back. There is a similar pickled pepper ring at home.

Steps for Chili fried shrimp

Peel the shells and tails of the shrimps and place them into a large basin.

Beat an egg, stir obliquely with chopsticks, then add cornflour and flour 1:1, and stir into a paste. Not too thick. Put the shrimp into a paste bowl, stick the paste all over the shrimp, and put it in a frying pan. Fry the shrimp easily cooked, don't have to fry it too dark. After frying, filter the oil in the pan, serve on a plate, and then stir in the chili ring. Squeeze proper amount of lemon juice when eating to make it taste better.
