Steps for mint margarita

1
Pour salad oil into a large bowl.
2
Add salt and sugar (powdered sugar is better).
3
Rub white sugar in a bowl with a small spoon.
4
The sugar has basically melted.
5
Cook 2 eggs, take the egg yolks, and sieve with your thumb until the powder is finished.
6
Add the minced eggs to the sugar and oil mixture.
7
Mix corn flour and flour and mix well.
8
Add the mixed corn flour to the mixture. Because the corn flour grains I used were thick and large, I added 1 egg whole liquid.
9
Mix well, mix into dough, put into a fresh-keeping bag, place in the refrigerator, and refrigerate for one hour.
10
Make 1/3 of the dough with mint leaves and place it in the refrigerator.
11
Remove the dough and divide it into small portions; knead it into balls and place it on a microwave turntable; press with your thumb to crack the cake naturally.
12
Put it in the microwave and bite it on high heat for 1 minute, and the biscuits are basically set.
13
Remove and turn over, and bite for another half minute; remove and have a look, lower the heat, and bite for 1 minute; remove and have a look, and have a high heat for another half minute.

Make cookies with mint dough and bake them the same way.mint margarita Make Tips
1. When making cookies in a microwave, pay close attention to the heat intensity and adjust the baking time and heat level as needed.
2. Microwave baking is different from oven baking as the heating surface varies, so pay close attention to the doneness of the cookies. Adjust the baking time in 30-second intervals.
3. Because I prefer not to consume too much butter, I basically use salad oil.
