Speaking of which, the origin of this fresh soup is because my husband and I both like to eat pork hands and chicken feet. These two are delicious whether they are bad or braised. It is best to find a favorite movie and eat while watching it. Wow... It's simply a beautiful thing in the world!!
But eating that way is a bit old-fashioned. This time, I want to change the way I eat. I can not only have delicious food to chew, but also have a bite of fresh soup, so I have it ~~ Hand in hand ~~
Because my husband and I are carnivores, we use a lot of ingredients, including 2 pork hands, 12 chicken feet, and about half a kilogram of bacon. When it comes to bacon, this plays a big role in improving the freshness! This salty aroma is a very unique delicacy!! It is indispensable!! (However, the main function of bacon is to improve freshness, so you can use the fattest piece and save the lean part for later consumption.) I used a 24-centimeter soup pot from Supor, which was almost full of ingredients, so the concentration of the soup can be imagined. You can also see the layer of butter on the soup noodles in the picture!! However, I also prepared baby vegetables, took out the food and chewed it slowly, then put the baby vegetables into the soup and stewed it for another 15 minutes. When I finally drank the soup, the vegetables had already absorbed the umami and oil in the soup. The beauty was really only understandable but not in words!!! Without saying much, please look at the picture and make soup! (Friends who don't have much meat can cut the above ingredients in half)

Steps for hand in hand

1
Chop the pig's hands into pieces (it's best to have them cut when you buy them), wash the chicken feet and bacon together for later use.
2
Boil the pork hands, chicken feet and bacon in water to remove the blood, then wash them with clean water (you can put them into the pan and blanch them together).
3
Then slice the blanched bacon into slices.
4
Wash the soybeans and soak them for several hours in advance.
5
Cut ginger into slices.
6
Then I put all the ingredients into the soup pot. My order is: soybeans, pork fingers, chicken feet, bacon, onions and ginger.
7
Fill the pan with water, add cooking wine, and bring to a boil over high heat.
8
After boiling, remove the foam on the surface with a spoon.
9
Then add salt and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
10
An hour later, the pork hands and chicken feet were all stewed to pieces. The oil on the surface was all stewed. I didn't put a drop of oil in it.

This soup does not require oil and monosodium glutamate chicken essence, because the ingredients used are very delicious and naturally delicious.

Since the memory card of the camera is broken, all pictures were taken with mobile phones. Everyone understands! Later, I added baby cabbage to the thick soup and stewed it for another 15 minutes. The dish absorbed the flavor and oil of the soup, and I stopped feeling greasy after drinking the soup!!! (I made this one the next day and didn't shoot it. Because I ate too much and ate too much on the first day, I didn't drink the soup, haha!!!)
