After washing the rice, soak it for 1 hour in advance. (Rice is easier to cook when soaked in advance. Not easy to get to the bottom).

Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, corn flour, oil, shredded ginger and minced garlic to marinate for 15 minutes.

Apply oil to the inner wall of the casserole and pour the soaked rice into the pot. Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, turn down the heat. When the rice starts to bubble, put the marinated ribs into the pan, spread them with chopsticks, close the cover and continue to simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the heat, simmer for another 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion and close the cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
