Apple pie
By DrewBarrows

Steps for Apple pie

1
Pour all the ingredients for the pie crust into a bowl.
2
Knead into a smooth dough and refrigerate in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
3
Wash and slice the apples.
4
Soak in light salt water to avoid yellowing.
5
Put all ingredients in the filling except corn flour in a pot and heat over low heat while stirring well.
6
Sieve in the powder and stir well, and continue to heat over low heat.
7
Heat until it becomes a thick slurry and then turn off the heat immediately.
8
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it on a chopping board to form a 1 cm thick dough.
9
Cover the thin sheet on the pie plate, roll it on the pie plate with a rolling pin to cut off the excess pie skin.
10
Use a fork to make holes in the pie skin to allow venting, and let sit and relax for 15 minutes.
11
Put the freshly cooked filling into a disposable decoration bag and squeeze it into the pie skin in a circle.
12
Tighten the filling with your hands.
13
Spread a layer of apple slices evenly on the surface.
14
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, take out the oven and cool, and remove the mold.
