Wash and peel the chicken and cut it into pieces (I use chicken thigh meat, but you can also use chicken breast meat), peel the potatoes and cut it into small pieces, and shred the onions. Put a little oil in the pan, heat the oil, add shredded onions and stir fry over low heat until brown,

1. If you don't have coconut milk, you can consider using milk instead.
2. If you don't have red curry, you can also use regular curry.
